We couldn’t control the weather, but it sure didn’t stop us!! Our first At Home on the Sound Intergenerational Walk was held on October 2nd and it was a sight to behold! From 8 months to over 80 years, walkers came together to take a stroll around Harbor Island Park. There was hot coffee and doughnuts and a sense of community that was palpable. Our high school volunteers not only worked hard for us, but they cheered us on as well!
Thank you to all those who came, walked, volunteered, and helped make it a morning we will not soon forget!
